Ran 3 laps at the Keystone Lake trails. Each lap is @4.4 miles. Tomorrow will be a rest day. I ran at a   decent pace, but I did fall twice on the final lap, banged up my knee a bit, but not too bad. I am becoming a bigger fan of chocolate milk for recovery. When I was feeling fatigued, I whipped up a chocolate milk shake and it stood me up pretty good. Now I gotta stretch.
